Your privacy is paramount to us at Skin QR and Argania LLC. The information we collect is for Skin QR use only and will never be shared with third parties. We use the information to enhance customer relationships and to communicate with our customers. By joining our mailing list, you will receive information that we think will make you smile, including special sales, exclusive offers, and promotions.

Standard Delivery

• All in-stock items will ship via USPS First Class or Priority within 12 hours unless otherwise requested.
• Within the continental U.S., Skin QR guarantees delivery of all in stock items within 7-10 business days
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
• USPS Tracking number set with receipt via email.

Return Policy

• If you happen not to like our products, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days. Condition apply.
  
• Products must be in new, unused, sellable condition, within the original packaging. However, skin care products can be returned used, but no more then 1/3 of the total amount of the product.
• Return will be accepted after prior written notification to sales@skinqr.com and at the expense of the customer.
•  We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from www.skinQR.com. If you purchased our products from a boutique or other e-tailer, please consult with the boutique as to their return policy.

• Shipping charges are not refundable, unless there was an error on our end.
• Exchanges will be ground shipped to you free of charge.
• Upon arrival at the SkinQR warehouse all returned items will go through our inspection process.
• If you received the wrong item or an item that is defective we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
• If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 14 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and/or actual return shipping fees.
• Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to SkinQR. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company.
• You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.

Sale Item Return Policy

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Call or email before shipping any products back to us. Notifying us ahead allows us to evaluate the order and gives us time to properly handle any situation and provide you with the best possible customer service. Ship the package via traceable postage carrier to the following address:
